Hi, this is Connie from the mymusic5 (formerly MyMusicSheet) team!
Today I decided to interpret the lyrics of KICK BACK, a new single by famous Japanese musician Kenshi Yonezu, also known as the big hit single "Lemon". In particular, the song is used as the opening song for the TV animation "CHAINSAWMAN" and is gaining huge popularity, starting with the Billboard Japan Hot 100 and topping the Top Streaming Songs, Top Download Songs, Hot Animation, Top User Generated Songs. With this popularity, the opening music video of "CHAINSAWMAN" also recorded 20 million views in a week of release.

<CHAINSAW MAN Opening>
“努力 未来 a beautiful star. なんかすごい良い感じ
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star. I'm getting a kick out of it.
It is a song full of unique energy of Kenshi Yonezu, from the sound of the actual chainsaw inserted in the intro of the song to the intense power chord and drum sound. Especially the illustration of the CD jacket showed the multi-artist versatility in painting and music, drawed by Kenshi Yonezu himself.

努力 未来 a beautiful star

努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star

[Verse 1]
Laundromat's empty, must be my lucky day
It's about time, I said bye-bye to this crud
Who is it? Who's whispering in my head
The greedy voices keep singing, begging for more
[Pre-Chorus]
I just want to be satisfied. Doing the bare minimum
I want to grab that heart of yours with my bare hands
[Chorus]
Let's fill it up with "happy," until we rest in peace
That glimpse of hell isn't so bad. Scatter it with love
I love you, please humiliate me. Rob me of my dignity and laugh my honey
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
Feels like I’m forgettin’ something
[Refrain]
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
[Verse 2]
4443, another opportunity lost
I've been so hungry to the core, I could vomit
"Rainy days never stay?" Hand over your umbrella
Give me all of it, I want it all. The more I crave, an empty void consumes me
[Bridge]
I just want to be satisfied. Doing the bare minimum
I want to sabotage it all. Wipe it out clean
Even that heart of yours
[Chorus]
Let's fill it up with "Luck," until we rest in peace
A heaven only for the righteous? That's no way to live
I love you, please humiliate me. Rob me of my dignity and laugh my honey
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
Feels like I’m forgettin’ something
[Post-Chorus]
Happy, lucky. How are you all?
Upright and noble? That's boring
Happy, lucky. Hello there, baby, so sweet
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
I'm getting a kick out of it
[Refrain]
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
努力 未来 a beautiful star
Hard work, the future, a beautiful star
